In this course of writing this guide, I’ve logged quite a few hours at Winkin’s Farm, and in that time I’ve learned a lot about how to play Vinesweeper effectively. In this final section, I will share with you what I’ve discovered, exploring some of the tradeoffs and strategy issues that affect how you play this minigame.

I start by looking at two basic methods of playing, and their advantages and disadvantages; I also examine the pros and cons of playing alone and in a group. I outline several ways to integrate Vinesweeper into conventional Farming routines, and finally, discuss the rewards available and analyze the relative benefits of getting XP or seeds for your points.
