The TruthScape Glossary of RuneScape Terms and Slang - H [ Halberd: A two-handed polearm that has the distinction of being the only melee weapon that can inflict damage from a distance or over objects. [ HAM: Humans Against Monsters. An organization of human non-player characters that is involved in several RuneScape quests and skills. They have bright pink robes that new players often like wearing. [ Hatchet: Woodcutting axe. [ Helm: Helmet. May be either a medium helmet (often called a med) or a full helmet. [ Herb: 1. Any of several items that look like leaves and are used to make potions. 2. See Herblore. [ Herblore: The skill used to create enhancing potions from herbs and other components. Members only. [ Hide: Usually refers to dragonhide. [ High Alchemy: A widely used spell that provides magic experience and gold, by transmutin item int thei equivalen valu i gol piece. Often abbreviated as just alch, which is often used as a verb. [ Hits: Hitpoints. [ Hitpoints: One of the fundamental combat skills, which represents the current or maximum health of the character, and thus how much damage he or she can absorb before death would result. [ HP: Hitpoints level. See Hitpoints. [ Hilt: Godsword Hilt. [ Hunt: Hunting. [ Hunter: A skill that emphasizes using special non-combat methods to capture or kill certain monsters.
