There are renewed signs of life in the market for discontinued items. Players, fed up with the ridiculous price controls and restrictions on the Grand Exchange, are taking matters into their own hands and trading outside the system using “junk” to balance trades. This, combined with continued bad pricing for partyhats, makes it hard to tell the actual state of the market, but there does seem to be more interest in rare items.

Treasure trails are another area where we’ll see an update in April, and it will be interesting to see what happens to the values of both the new items and existing ones.

Crude Volatility Index (TWIRP-X-VOL): 451.9

Volatility was virtually unchanged from last week, remaining at a quiet level.
