10 above the minimum Summoning level for the creature, but some familiars
cannot be understood at all.

The number of different, random

Size
(in Squares)
|
The amount
of surface area taken up by the familiar. This can be important, because
larger familiars cannot be summoned or used in spaces too small for
them to stand.
