A Brief Guide to Farming Herbs Herblore and Farming go together like peanut butter and jelly; like macaroni and cheese; like fish and chips. (Geez, I better stopIm getting hungry!) Anyway, if you are serious about training Herblore, it is pretty much a given that you should also train Farming at the same time, even if its in a limited fashion. This will give you herbs so you can make potions economically, or allow you to make money you can use to buy herbs from others. Farming is a complex skillarguably more complex than Herbloreand so I obviously cannot hope to tell you everything about it here. At some point I do plan to write a comprehensive guide to Farming just like this one is for Herblore, but growing herbs is so important that I really felt I needed to at least write a mini Farming guide for herblorists. And thats what youll find in this section. Ill start with the basics, explaining what youll be doing and why, and what I recommend in terms of prerequisites to get started. Ill show you how to figure out what to grow, and where to get seeds and other supplies youll need. Ill show you where the herb patches are, and describe the mechanics of performing farming runs for herbs. Finally, Ill share with you some additional information and tips that youll find useful in your career as an herb farmer. Again, remember that this is a simplified guide that focuses on growing herbs and a couple of other items related to Herblore. Please dont use this as a general guide to training Farming.
